Diagnostic &
Performance Technician
For proven technicians who can independently diagnose difficult concerns, complete advanced mechanical work, and deliver clean, documented performance installations.
Work Includes
- Advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability diagnosis
- Camshaft, cylinder-head, and forced-induction installations
- Fuel systems, flex fuel, port injection, and supporting modifications
- Engine removal, installation, inspection, and repair
- Headers, exhaust, cooling, suspension, brakes, and driveline work
- Dyno preparation and post-repair verification
Minimum Standard
- Five or more years of professional repair experience preferred
- Strong scan-tool, wiring-diagram, and test-equipment skills
- Ability to flag productive hours without sacrificing quality
- Professional hand tools and an acceptable driving record
- Late-model domestic experience strongly preferred
- Not an entry-level or parts-changing position
Automotive &
Performance Technician
For capable professional technicians with solid fundamentals who can independently complete common repairs and performance installations while continuing to develop advanced skills.
Work Includes
- Brakes, steering, suspension, cooling, and general mechanical repair
- Headers, exhaust, intake, and bolt-on performance installations
- Fuel-system, flex-fuel, brake, and suspension upgrades
- Basic electrical and drivability diagnosis
- Vehicle inspections and documented repair recommendations
- Support on larger camshaft, engine, and performance projects
Minimum Standard
- Three or more years of professional repair experience preferred
- Able to complete common repairs without step-by-step supervision
- Professional hand tools and an acceptable driving record
- Reliable attendance and consistent productivity
- Performance experience preferred but not required
- Not a lube-tech, hobby-only, or entry-level opening
